Tour of the product

Here is a 12 minutes tour of the product. It will give you an overview of the capabilities, and show you how to get started with your first templates, onboarding a new hire and syncing your activities to your calendar.

Steps for the Workleap Onboarding administrator

The Workleap Onboarding administrator can complete the majority of the work on his or her own.

  1. Create a template for your organization or a role (ex: manager, sales executive, support agent, etc.)

  2. Customize your organization logo and colors.

  3. Upgrade Workleap Onboarding to a paid plan to access more templates.

  4. Create a plan for your first newcomer from your template.

  5. Schedule the invitation for your newcomer.

Steps for the IT team

If you want to activate integrations, you must involve your IT team and someone with the appropriate permission level.

  1. Make sure that the minimum requirements are met.

  2. Integrate to your employee directory to sync users and activate SSO.

  3. Integrate to your favourite notification channel (Email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams).

  4. Integrate to your calendar system to activate meetings related features.

  5. Integrate to your HRIS system to activate newcomer detection.

If you need additional help to get started, you can request a full demo here. Or simply ask a question in the chat at the bottom right of this screen.
