User provisioning allow you to automate your user creation and information updates. When you integrate with one of the supported user management systems, Workleap Onboarding will automatically add new users, deactivate deleted users and update user information based on user details added to the third-party application.

All integrations can be set up by first navigating to Settings in the left menu and selecting Integrations.

Workleap Onboarding integrates with several different systems. If you don’t see the application you use, try first searching and adding the system under HRIS systems. Any HRIS system you integrate will automatically appear as an option for User provisioning.

No notifications will be sent to new users until they are added to a plan or interacted with within Workleap Onboarding.

On the Integrations page under the User sync section, click Slack.

Click Connect.

A new page will open with the Slack permissions you need to grant Workleap Onboarding. Click Allow.

You have the option to sync users from specific Slack channels or all of the users in your organization's workspace.

Workleap Onboarding will sync with Slack once a day to update users and add any new users. To remove the integration, click Disconnect at any time.

Office 365

On the Integrations page under the User provisioning section, click Office 365.

Click Connect.

Enter your Microsoft administrator account login information.

Click Accept to allow Workleap Onboarding to connect to Office 365.

Google

Once you’ve integrated the HRIS system, you can simply select it under User sync and then click to Connect it.

User sync frequency

Once setup is complete, the synchronization process is launched daily. That means that if a user is added or deactivated in the source, it will be synced in Workleap Onboarding within a day.

The process can also be launched manually by clicking on the Sync now button.
