What’s a notification?
Notifications are how you know what’s going on in your Workleap Onboarding plans. You’ll receive daily reminders about activities assigned to you as well as weekly updates about what’s going on in the Workleap Onboarding plans you’re part of.
You’ll also receive notifications about being invited as editor to a plan or template, having your access rights updated to admin/plan creator, being assigned to new activities, being asked to record a clip, and other action requests.
Often notifications will contain a link to the activity you need to complete. For example, if another teammate has requested that you record a clip, the notification will contain a link to the activity to get started.
By default, Workleap Onboarding will send notifications to you and your teammates by email.
Select your integration
All integrations can be set up by first navigating to Settings in the left menu and selecting Integrations.
On the Integrations page, you have the option to instead send notifications by Slack or Microsoft Teams. The current notification option has a checkmark next to it.
