All the technical requirements you need to setup Workleap Onboarding.

Workleap Onboarding is cloud-based, which means that there are certain minimum requirements for your browsers. There are also some settings you may need to update to make sure that you always receive our emails and notifications without having to dig through your spam box. Follow the simple guidelines in this article to make sure you're ready to use Workleap Onboarding to its full extent!

Enabling Workleap Onboarding emails

As Workleap Onboarding will primarily use email as a method of contact with your employees, you need to ensure that Workleap Onboarding emails are recognized as secure so as not to be labeled as spam or blocked. The three main steps to ensure you receive Workleap Onboarding emails are:

  1. Add the following IPs to your email provider:

    • 149.72.48.5

    • 159.183.165.190

    • 159.183.205.63

  2. Add the following senders to your email provider whitelist - Workleap Onboarding may send emails from the following addresses :

  3. Determine if you have an Anti-Phishing software activated for your organization. Anti-Phishing software can affect the access links provided in the Workleap Onboarding emails depending on its settings. Work with your IT department to allow the links in Workleap Onboarding emails to connect in your environment.

Supported browsers & technology

IE10 and older browser versions are not supported as they don't have TLS 1.2 enabled by default.

Note that Workleap Onboarding uses cookies and they need to be enabled in your internet browser.

  • Chrome (Latest)

  • Firefox (Latest)

  • Safari (Latest)

Note: Workleap Onboarding is accessible from any device. You can access the platform via https://onboarding.workleap.com/log-in
