To make your account setup easier, we’ve made it possible to link your Workleap Onboarding account to your Google account! This integration will make sure your user accounts are synced up and ready to go. There is a sync daily that deactivates any employees who are no longer in your Google account.

Note: The integration must be set up by someone who is both an administrator in Workleap Onboarding and a Google Workspace administrator.

Go into the Settings section and click Integrations >> User provisioning >> Google >> Click the Sign in with Google button.

You can either choose to sync everyone who is in your Google account or select specific Google groups. Workleap Onboarding syncs at a scheduled time once every day. If you would like to sync manually or need to sync immediately, you can click "Sync now".

That's it! Now you're ready to integrate Google with Workleap Onboarding.
