Using integrations, you can schedule a Zoom meeting for activities without leaving Workleap Onboarding. Before you get started, make sure you’ve done the following:

  1. Set up your Calendar sync with either Google Calendar or Outlook.

  2. Added all of the teammates you want in the meeting as assignees of the activity.

Once your calendar is connected, and your assignees are added, follow the steps below to connect Zoom and schedule a meeting.

Connect Zoom

Click on the "Meeting" action in the desired activity.

A new popup will open with the scheduling information. At the top click the Zoom button.

Select the date and time of the meeting.

You'll be prompted to log into Zoom. Click on the "Log in to Zoom" button to start the authorization process.

Click "Book meeting" and the activity assignees will receive a notification with a Zoom link to the scheduled meeting.

Users can also join a meeting when viewing an activity by clicking Join meeting.

Disconnect Zoom

If you no longer want your Zoom account connected to Workleap Onboarding, you can remove it on the Profile page. See the article Profile and password information for more information on disconnecting apps.
