Your Workleap Onboarding profile contains all of your basic user information such as your name, job title, profile photo time zone and language. You can also update your password and disconnect apps from your profile.
To get to your "Profile page", click your name at the bottom left of the page and select "Profile".

Update your personal information
Your personal information helps other people find you when adding teammates in Workleap Onboarding. Make sure your information is up to date, and add a photo so newcomers know your face!
Profile photo
Upload a photo so that newcomers can recognize you! Click the "plus sign" in the upper right corner of the avatar to add your photo.
If you want to change your profile photo, click the "x" in the top right of the field to remove the old one. You can then add a new photo!
First & Last name fields
Use these fields to enter your first and last name so that you can be recognized in Workleap Onboarding. Note that if your profile was created from syncing with Google, Slack, or Microsoft, you won’t be able to edit these fields.
Job title
Enter your company job title. Note that if your profile was created from syncing with Google, Slack, or Microsoft, you won’t be able to edit this field.
Language
Either select between English or French. Note that the language will only be changed for your user.
When you’re done with your personal information, make sure to click the "Save changes" button so that your information updates!
Set your time zone
Time zones are important in Workleap Onboarding as they determine when you see activities on your home page! We try and guess your time zone based on information from your browser, but you can update it at any time.
To update your time zone simply open your "Profile page" and click on the Time zone field. Select the appropriate time zone for you from the dropdown.
Click the "Save changes" button to apply the update.
Change your password
1. Look for the Login information section in the "Profile page".
2. Underneath your email, click the "Change password" button. After clicking on it, you will be prompted to enter your current password, your new password and confirm your new password.
3. Once your information is valid, make sure to click on the "Save" button to set your new password.
Disconnect apps
Any cloud storage, or meeting providers, you connected to Workleap Onboarding can be found at the bottom of the "Profile page". If you no longer need one of these apps connected, simply click "Disconnect" button next to the app.
