Update your credit card or other billing information.

If you need to update your credit card information or other billing information, you can do so at any time in Workleap Onboarding! You can also quickly and easily view your invoices.

Update billing information

To update and manage your billing information:

1. Click "Settings" in the main menu and then select "Billing" in the dropdown.

2. Click on the "Manage account" button located on the top of the page

You will be prompted to enter your account email and then receive an email with a one-time code to log in.

3. Once logged in, you’ll now see all of your subscription details including the plan you have signed up for, the billing frequency, and options to update your account and billing information.

Account Information

Click on this option to update the name and email associated with your Workleap Onboarding account.

Billing & Shipping Addresses

This section will let you update information for your billing address.

Payment Methods

Click this section to see your current payment method. To update your current payment method, click on the card information. You’ll be able to update the card number and details from there.

To add a new payment method, click Add a payment method. Enter all of the relevant information and then click Add at the bottom.

You’ll have the option to pick which payment method is used for billing. The option with a checkmark is the one selected.

Billing History

This section gives you a list of all the previous invoices for your account. Click Download if you want to see more details on an invoice.
